I wish I could publish my photos much larger than blogger allows, in this case to see the tears streaming down Emily's cheeks.
Have a fabulous holiday season, ya'all!
I love it, I love it! That poor Santa, ho-ho-ho'ing away the tragedy of it all. You can see the tears, click on the image and it opens larger in a new window.
i can't see her tears but they jump at me from the page...poor girl..i was afraid of santa claus as well when i was a child... happy holiday ed - hope everything goes well in your part of the world. i so miss your poems...you could write us one as a christmas present...smiles
I'm with her. As a kid, I'd walk the other way in stores when I saw Santa coming towards me. Him and clowns. Another wonderful telling shot, Ed. Merry Christmas to you! :-)

Poor kiddo! I hope she got over it soon after!
Cute pic! Neither of my kids are at all interesting in seeing Santa this year. I think his days are numbered...
oh my...and santa is just smiling...lol. nice ed. happy holidays...
Poor kids. Mine were terrified of Santa too so we never subjected our kids to him again.
Oh that man in the red suit can be a scary guy!

LOve this photo. Just realize in the near future it will be a totally different photo.
: )
Merry Christmas
xoxoxo
All the best to you too ed!
Perhaps a different template...? i used minima stretch at moondreamin' so i could post bigger pics.
Santa freaked the crap out of me as a kid. Then again, I'd probably cry if someone stuck reindeer ears on me too.
Moments like this - when everyone in the picture is in a totally different emotional place - are completely priceless. I love it.
Happy holidays to you, Ed. :)
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

This is priceless! And Santa is clueless, isn't he?
Merry Christmas, Ed. Your words and photos have made me smile this year!
Oh my gosh, how cute! I hope your holiday was wonderful and full of laughter.
I hope the new year brings you happy surprises and fulfillment to many of your dreams (a house and a dog!)
The little one seems to be busy trying to pull one of Santa's gold buttons off. He couldn't care less that his sister's freakin out.
Now.
Ed.
I am pretty angry.
You are to let me know when you post.
Harumph.
Good to see you.
I want to do a picture I have of me crying on Santa's lap, along with all 3 of my boys also crying on Santa's lap.
So funny...I remember being scared, too. Truly scared.
Hope you are well. Let me know if anything is "popping" for you.
We are doing well. Dear middlest snapped his wrist sledding with his dad 2 days ago.
And that's not much fun. Round the clock Florence Nightingale costume for me.
I wish you peace, love, happiness, health, and a few surprises now and then.
Only the best vibes sent your way, Mr. Pilolla.
Happy New Year Ed.
Great picture. The three expressions were extreme opposites.
